Growth Agent System · Sales Associates
Sell the thing that answers the phone at 9:41 on a Saturday night.
Every business you know is losing work to unanswered calls and web forms nobody follows up on. You already understand that problem. This is a commission on fixing it — 40% of every setup fee upfront, plus a monthly tail for as long as the client stays.
What you actually earn
Commission is 40% of the setup fee on every plan, paid on the price the client actually paid. The monthly tail then recurs for the life of the subscription — that is the part that compounds.

Worth doing the arithmetic on the tails. Ten inbound assistants closed over a year is $5,988 in upfront commission — and $400 every month afterwards, arriving whether or not you sell anything that month. Twenty-five of them is $1,000 a month in residual income. The upfront pays you now; the tail is what makes this worth staying at.
What the job actually is
Find businesses that are losing calls
Home services, clinics, salons, contractors, agencies — any operation where the phone ringing unanswered means a job goes to a competitor. You are not cold-calling a list we hand you. You work your own network, your own territory, your own vertical.
Show them, don't pitch them
The demo is the product doing the thing to them: they fill in the form and their phone rings within seconds, with an agent that already knows their name and their problem. Most of your job is getting a business owner to spend ninety seconds on that call. It closes far more often than a deck does.
Register the prospect in your dashboard
You enter the business into your associate dashboard, which locks that prospect to you and generates the checkout link carrying your referral ID. Registration is what protects the deal — see lead protection below.
Send the link and follow up
They pay through Stripe on our checkout, not through you. You never handle their card, their bank details, or their money. Once payment clears, our team handles onboarding, provisioning, and the technical install.
Stay the relationship
You are paid a monthly tail for as long as that client keeps their subscription, so their success is directly your income. Checking in occasionally is worth more per hour than almost anything else you'll do.
Your deal is protected
Lead locking
Register a business and that phone number is bound to you while the deal is open. Another associate registering the same prospect is rejected by the system, not settled by an argument.
90-day attribution
Your referral link tracks for 90 days and first touch wins. A prospect who buys eleven weeks later is still your commission.
An auditable ledger
Every commission is calculated server-side and written to your ledger with a timestamp and the payment reference behind it. Your dashboard shows upfront earned, monthly tails, and what has been paid out.
Clawbacks, stated plainly
If a client refunds or wins a payment dispute, the upfront on that sale is reversed and shown in your ledger. It is the one term that can move money backwards, so we put it on the application page rather than in the fine print.
Why this sells
You are not selling software a business has to learn, migrate to, or find time for. You are selling a phone that gets answered. The agent picks up every call, qualifies the caller, and books the appointment into their calendar during the conversation — nights, weekends, and while they are already on another line.
It handles calls in English and Spanish, and it tells every caller it is an AI at the start of the call. That disclosure is not a limitation to work around in the pitch — it is usually the moment a sceptical owner starts trusting you.
The demo is the product doing the thing to them, and it takes ninety seconds. Very little else you could sell this year demonstrates itself that fast.
Before you apply
- Do I need technical knowledge?
- No. You need to be able to explain what a missed call costs a business. Our team handles every part of provisioning, prompt configuration, phone numbers, and calendar integration after the sale closes.
- Is this employment?
- No. Associates are independent contractors, paid on commission and issued a 1099. You set your own hours, your own targets, and your own methods. There is no base salary, no quota, and no territory restriction.
- What stops another associate taking my prospect?
- Registering a business in your dashboard locks that phone number to you while the deal is open. If anyone else tries to register the same prospect, the system rejects it outright — they get an error, not your commission.
- How long does my referral link track for?
- Ninety days, and first touch wins. If a business clicks your link and buys eleven weeks later, the commission is still yours — even if they came back through a different route or someone else's link in the meantime.
- What happens if a client refunds or disputes?
- The upfront commission on that sale is reversed, and the reversal is recorded in your ledger. We would rather tell you this on the application page than in your first statement. Sell businesses that genuinely need this and it will rarely affect you.
- How do I know my commission was calculated correctly?
- Every commission is computed server-side from the price the client actually paid, written to a ledger with a timestamp and the Stripe reference it came from, and shown in your dashboard. Nothing is calculated by hand.
We approve associates individually rather than opening this to everyone. You will be representing a product that phones real customers on a business owner's behalf, and the disclosure and compliance standards that come with that are not optional. If you oversell it, the clawback lands on you and the reputation damage lands on all of us.
